AC Schnitzer Company will present a special version based on BMW M240i

Especially for the Switzerland Show, the carmakers from AC Schnitzer studio have prepared ACL2S modification on the BMW M240i convertible car’s platform. The novelty is dedicated to a 30-th anniversary of the tuning studio. The German workers will manufacture 30 copies.

An aerodynamic package is complemented by some carbon fiber elements such as enlarged arches, a diffuser and splitter, side skirts and front and rear spoilers that make the car wider by 80 mm. In particular, the extended arches provided for the ACL2S version let installing Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with the 235/35 R19 in front and 265/30 R19 at rear dimensions, as well as two-color forged wheels. The RS adjustable suspension lowers the modification by 35-50 mm.

The tuners succeeded to increase the output up to 400 forces and 600 Nm of torque. In addition, AC Schnitzer could change the top speed from standard 250 km/h to 280 km/h. The interior is equipped by Recaro buckets, three-spoke steering wheel, aluminum finishing, laser- studio logos and One of Thirty badges. The basic set of modifications is estimated at 35 900 Euros, while the standard BMW M240i coupe costs around $ 44,150.
