BMW 2-Series AT and GT came updated to Geneva

BMW introduced facelifted models 2-Series Active Tourer and Gran Tourer at the Geneva Motor Show. It is expected that the cars will be available for sale this month. Updated models are equipped with new front bumper with a lower air intake. They also received a revised radiator grille and a new exhaust system with dual tips on models with a four-cylinder engine.

BMW 2-Series Active Tourer and Gran Tourer are already updated (part 2)

The interior of the updated compact vans has changed minimally. The car makers supplied cars with a modernized instrument panel, improved controls for the Steptronic transmission, BMW ConnectedDrive multimedia system, new driver’s and front passenger seats with extended cushion length and new types of fabric and leather for upholstery.

Bavarians are testing the 7-seat BMW 2-Series Active Tourer

The new BMW 2-Series Active Tourer in the configuration of seven seats caught during winter testing. More photos below.

In the Internet leaked photo 7-seater minivan BMW 2-Series Active Tourer, made during winter testing. This car is considered the most atypical BMW’s modern history: front-wheel drive, body, which makes it look like a minibus and a basic 3-cylinder engine does not tally with the model range in which there is room for M3 and X6.

Nevertheless, this is a reality and is now 7-seater “two” is being prepared for the official premiere. Outwardly, it hardly differs from the 5-seater modification, the sale of which started last year. The most notable and perhaps the only difference was the elongated rear of the vehicle.
